CredenGo Membership Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms that apply when you enroll in a CredenGo membership or purchase an optional service.
1. Acceptance and related documents
By completing enrollment, accepting electronically, or using membership services after receiving this agreement, you agree to this Membership Agreement together with the Privacy Policy, Credit Reporting Consent, applicable payment disclosures, and any add-on terms shown before purchase. Rights that cannot be waived under consumer, privacy, credit-reporting or other applicable law remain in effect.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your province or territory, reside in Canada, have capacity to contract, provide accurate information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must keep your contact, identity and payment information current.
3. CredenGo services
CredenGo offers membership-based credit-building services. Depending on the selected plan and eligibility, features may include a reported CredenGo tradeline, credit monitoring tools, rent and utility reporting, historical rent reporting, educational resources and optional add-on services. Availability can depend on verification, third-party reporting channels and program requirements.
4. Membership plans and pricing
Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. The current website presents these base membership prices:
| Plan | Monthly price | Reported CredenGo tradeline | Selected features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $24.99/month | $1,200 | Equifax reporting and monthly credit report |
| Go | $34.99/month | $1,700 | Basic benefits plus rent reporting and spending tools |
| Ultimate | $84.99/month | $4,200 | Expanded benefits, historical rent reporting up to 24 months and personalized guidance |
Any plan term, renewal rule, cancellation condition, add-on price or other payment term shown during enrollment forms part of your agreement with CredenGo. If information displayed at enrollment differs from this summary, the enrollment disclosure presented to you controls for that transaction.
5. Payments and billing
You authorize CredenGo and its payment processors to collect amounts you expressly approve, including membership charges, taxes and optional add-ons. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed-payment handling, retries and any recoverable third-party costs are subject to applicable law and any disclosure presented before payment.
6. Optional services
Optional or recurring add-ons require a separate affirmative choice. Before an add-on is charged, CredenGo will disclose its price, billing frequency and material cancellation terms. Cancelling an add-on does not automatically cancel the underlying membership unless the applicable disclosure states otherwise.
7. Credit-file access and reporting
Where required, CredenGo will obtain separate consent before accessing, verifying or reporting credit-related information. With valid authorization and where permitted by law, CredenGo may provide eligible account, balance, limit, payment, rent or utility information to Equifax Canada or another disclosed consumer reporting agency.
8. Accuracy of reported information
CredenGo intends to report information it reasonably believes to be accurate. You must promptly advise CredenGo of information you believe is incorrect. Corrections and disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law, bureau procedures and program requirements.
9. No guaranteed credit result
CredenGo does not guarantee a particular credit score increase, approval, interest rate or other financial outcome. Results depend on the complete contents of your credit file and factors outside CredenGo's control. Educational information is general and is not legal, tax, investment, insolvency or individualized financial advice.
10. Member responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete and current information.
- Pay authorized amounts when due.
- Protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use CredenGo services only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse the services.
11. Suspension and termination
CredenGo may suspend or terminate access where payments remain unpaid, information is fraudulent or materially inaccurate, security is threatened, a material term is breached, or continued service would conflict with law, payment-processor rules, bureau requirements or other mandatory obligations. Any non-waivable notice, cure, cancellation or refund rights continue to apply.
12. Privacy
Collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy. Credit-file access and bureau reporting are also governed by the separate Credit Reporting Consent.
13. Intellectual property
CredenGo and its licensors retain ownership of the website, software, branding, educational materials and other protected content. Membership gives you a limited, personal and revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
14. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CredenGo is not responsible for indirect losses or for credit outcomes caused by third-party bureau data, scoring models, lenders, outages or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
15. Changes
CredenGo may update administrative or operational terms where permitted. If a change requires advance notice, consent or a cancellation right, CredenGo will follow the applicable requirement. Material pricing or service changes will not be applied retroactively where prohibited.
16. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws that apply to the member and the transaction in Canada. Mandatory provincial and federal consumer protections prevail over any inconsistent term. Members may use any complaint, regulator, bureau-dispute, court or other remedy available by law.
17. Contact
Questions about this agreement can be submitted through the CredenGo support form.
